Do you have a vision?
The Evergreen Playhouse Board of Directors is looking for individuals interested in directing one of their upcoming shows for the 2024-2025 Season. Applications are due May 10th and decisions will be made by June 20th.
Note: Applications for Season 65 are closed and applications to direct a show in our 2025-2026 Season will open spring of 2025.

September-October: ARSENIC AND OLD LACE
October-December: A CHRISTMAS STORY THE MUSICAL
December-January: CHARLEY’S AUNT
January-February: MATILDA THE MUSICAL
March-May: THE CURIOUS SAVAGE
April-June: INTO THE WOODS
Auditions:
General Auditions for the season will be held the week of August 12-14.
Callbacks are as follows:
Arsenic and Old Lace; Monday 8/19
A Christmas Story; Tuesday 8/27
Charley’s Aunt; Wednesday 8/28
Matilda, the Musical; Thursday 8/29
The Curious Savage; Friday 8/30
Into the Woods; Saturday 8/31
Production Staff
If you are submitting for one of the musicals, you may submit your preferred musical/vocal director and/or choreographer. The EP Board reserves the right to choose the Musical/Vocal Director for the musicals, but will take your request/suggestions under consideration. Other production staff (stage manager, lighting/sound designer, crew, etc.) may also be suggested, although the Board reserves the right to decline the use of a specific tech crew. They can also give suggestions of qualified people to fill those roles if you need.
