The Evergreen Playhouse shall comply with reasonable accommodation requests per ADA guidelines and strive to make all Playhouse activities universally accessible.
The EP will make accessibility information readily available on its website and other communication platforms and reply to all accommodation requests within two business days.
-
The EP will, per the ADA, resolve all reasonable barriers to access in the existing physical facility. To do so, the EP will establish an accessibility plan, and make improvements as funding and timing allows.

-
The EP shall provide public information about potential sensory and emotional impacts of each production. This information will be featured in each program (in print and in digital form) and on the show’s event page.

The EP has a limited number of sensory kits that patrons can check out to use during a performance and then return.
Each kit contains:
Noise canceling earmuffs
Fidget toy
Sunglasses
Ear plugs (ear plugs are single use only and can be kept by the patron or thrown away)
Visit the front desk when you arrive at the theater to check one out. The EP sanitizes all kits after use. Sensory Break Space Patrons who need a sensory break during a performance may exit to the concessions lobby. There is limited seating, and a screen that shows the stage.
-
Service animals, and service animals in training, are allowed at performances. Other animals are prohibited. Guests will be asked to alert the EP of a service animal at the time of ticket purchase.
